2025年5月12日，BITFOREST（比特森林集团）宣布与CENTURY CARNIVAL（世纪嘉年华投资集团）达成战略合作，同时举行了签约仪式，CENTURY CARNIVAL计划首期投资6000万美元参与BITFOREST在Alberta的油气开发项目，本次签约标志着两家企业在能源领域的深度合作迈入新阶段。

May 12, 2025 – BITFOREST announced a strategic partnership with CENTURY CARNIVAL Investment Group, marked by a formal signing ceremony. CENTURY CARNIVAL committed an initial investment of $60 million to participate in BITFOREST's oil and gas development project in Alberta. This collaboration marks a new phase of in-depth cooperation between the two enterprises in the energy sector.
